That's kind of you. Pitt has given some decent performances...but he's not a "great actor " IMO. I think most of his earliest performances were downright poor. He has improved over the years. But he wouldn't have a career at all without his physical beauty. I definitely don't see him as an amazing actor who is unfairly valued for his appearance.
Brad Pitt is a not just a pretty face but a great actor! He also seems very rare in Hollywood as to be down to earth and not think he’s someone special just because he’s a movie star. I hope he finds happiness!

Seven traumatized me. I couldn't sleep for weeks after watching this movie but it made me an instant fan of Kevin Spacey and made him one of my favorite actors along with Brad & Clint.
Se7en's production design was stellar at capturing the grit and grime of a city with a true maniac on the loose. I loved how John Doe was so derranged yet intelligent but Morgan Freeman's character could still beat him at his game through his logic and wits. Really good soundtrack/score too.
It's hard to pick a favorite Brad Pitt movie.. He has such a wide range of genres he has done! He is definitely Hollywood's elite actor! Not too many can hold that title. He's always been one of my favorites ❤

He has this amazing capacity of instantly making you smile because of his own playful character, kindness, humor, and authenticity. Plus yes he definitely is an amazing actor!
Literally cannot watch this channel anymore. This biographer gets everything wrong. Brad Pitt was never married to Juliet Lewis. And in the Johnny Depp biography, his tattoo was changed to "wino forever" - not "wind". Please get your research right.
Pitt's movies are some of my favorites to watch over and over. I think his humanity in real life shines through his work and despite his looks, really has an "every man" feel to them. I also love his "crazy" and 12 monkeys and fight club are 2 of my favorites. His ability to go from these to Legends of the fall and Troy where he is majestic, homeric, demonstrates considerable range. Even his "pretty boy" roles have an edge and depth to them that they might not have if Pitt hadn't played them. Finally, I feel that this humanity that he brings, being an imperfect human in real life, to Fury anchors the film. I can't wait for his future films.

@@bradpitt426 P.s. I'm an expert with the single tail. I can tickle ni___ jewelry with a 6' bullwhip. ;-) Oh yeah, forgot. I have undergraduate degrees in Philosophy and Sociology and I love Frank Lloyd Wright. My grandparents used to take my little brother and I to American Players Theater to watch Shakespeare and on the way, we would stop at various houses built by Mr. Wright. (I was born and grew up in Madison WI). My partner and I moved to the Twin Cities about 22 years ago for work. My family still lives in Madison. What else..... So, yeah. I was a therapist. I specialized in working with hardcore criminal addicts with mental health issues. I would go into prisons to do assessments for our various programs. There was a Residential treatment unit and an "intensive day treatment" program (4 hours a day, M-F). Loved the work and I was good at it, especially the group therapy which I have over 1,000 hours facilitating. Finally, as I'm sure you can tell, I'm insane. ;-)
Huh?? I guess I don’t get it. Yes, he had the pretty boy look - but he was NOT a “Manley Man” - super masculine, testosterone up the yang yang. Because of that - he just wasn’t much of a sex symbol to me. I never did get the attraction. He seemed kind of little - even small ears. You know, small ears, small.....LOL - can you tell I have discussed this with my friends?🤗
He is ! Wow, can you just imagine living a life like this ? I hope he finds happiness with fatherhood and after Angie. She sounds a bit difficult to me.
A River Runs Through It is one of my favourite movies of all time. I remember clearly the impact the sheer beauty of the film and Pitt's performance had on me in the theatre that night

I'm shocked to hear Brad hated the interview with a vampire. It's one of my favorite movies of all time. I watched it more than 5 times. What a concept story, a vampire who hates being one. Classic!
@@elinorhawke-szady1198You are absolutely correct......the books are amazing! I read them all and loved the whole series....a vampire phase I went thru many, many years ago 😊. But I never had a wish to see the movie. I couldn't get past Tom Cruise in the role. He wasn't what I pictured as I read the books and didn't want to spoil the Lestat of my imagination!
Legends of the Fall (my favorite movie ever). I've watched it 15x. Tristan is my all-time favorite movie character and Brad Pitt is my all-time favorite actor along with Clint Eastwood. He is such a great guy and one of the sexiest men ever. Legends of the Fall, Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, Fight Club, Mr. and Mrs. Smith
Legend of the Falls; Seven and Joe Black. I can't believe that movie didn't do better than it did! I thought it was unique, Anthony Hopkins was in it after all! And the two as a couple were stunning! Story line was awesome as well as unique). Seven BLEW MY MIND at the end! HOLY MO!

I’ve watched “Interview With A Vampire “ several times now and I can honestly say it truly is beautifully acted and well adapted from the book. Pitt did a remarkable job, even if his heart wasn’t totally into the role. I really enjoy it. It now is a classic movie!
I love him and I love Angelina too. None of us know who they are in real life though. We don’t know them personally. So I try to just enjoy their acting abilities and energy and I try not to speculate on who they are off the set. I wish them both the best. I know they’ve both done charitable deeds and that’s more than some celebrities can say….

Excellent presentation, really enjoyed it and have now subscribed. I didn't really appreciate just how versatile an actor he is. Loved the Vampire film, had no idea he disliked it so much. I think it's a brilliant film. Looking forward to part 2.
I would say when pretty boys try to be pretty they become prettier than almost all women, women stand no chance lmao . It's biological , males just have better skin and bone structure because of testosterone . If u lose fat and preserve testosterone u can have a glow up .
Now knowing how much Brad Pitt hated his part, I think actually helped his portrayal. Pitt may not feel this way about it, but as an audience member, it made the story for me. I remember the feeling he expressed - hated being made a Vampire without any choice in the matter - pretty close to how he felt about his part in the movie. Life imitates Art. That 6 months must have felt like an eternity - which is ironically, is how long his character is doomed to being a vampire. The resentment he felt being stuck in his movie part, showed in his character's emotions - including the boredom. Boredom works in portraying immortals. One could imagine the boredom of the centuries, the sameness of every day, the endless hunting for the next neck to drink blood from, the guilt wearing away at was once a soul that cared, to a soul that doesn't want to care, is sick of caring, sick of guilt. Sick of being immortal. Sounds like a bad 9 to 5 career choice. (Oh, there I go again - making it all about me) Casting against type worked wonders here - Ridley Scott ALWAYS knows exactly what he's doing, and I don't doubt that he knew all along, that his vision with Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt and Antonio Banderas was genius, and would win Ann Rice over in the end.
@@gerardovivanco5631 yeah, he really showed his acting skills in that movie. That was after he did River Runs Through It. But but before Legends of the Fall. Legends of the Fall put him on the map
That was the first thing I noticed. That movie was the bomb!!! I didn't even know it was Brad Pitt till the end of the movie, and then only knew him from Cool World......from cop to killer. Brad's an awesome actor.
I absolutely loved him in "Interview". He is two years younger than I am, so I've watched his entire career. Cool to watch young acters, actresses, new bands, new singers, etc. build their careers. When Whoopie Goldberg was first on television, her body language was head hanging down, being shy. Now she's sharing her opinions. Ugh, who cares?? Just my two cents. Be Love everyone!!
Yes, I've watched Interview With a Vampire. Despite disliking most of Anne Rice's books(not all), I loved with this movie! I was going through some hard times with myself and felt as if I could relate due to the way Louie was having a hard time with accepting himself as a monster. For said reason, I will always love this movie! I'm sure many others who have haunting memories of things they've done, will also love.
Has anyone seen the series on AMC? I loved the variations, the ‘bold’ way they made Louis and I’m very much liking an elder Claudia (i.e., making her not so dependent; the age of independence) and the actor (I’ve never seen any of his other works) playing Lestat. Brava! Love & Light from Miami Shores🦚 Stay safe mates🌎✌🏼 Peace & Prayers for the people of Ukraine🇺🇦

I fell in love with Brad Pitt in Thelma and Louise, Legends of the Fall and Interview with the Vampire (even though the narrator says Pitt hated the latter). He was just so incredibly easy on the eyes in those years, and he played those roles seamlessly. I very recently (2021) streamed the film Benjamin Button for the first time and was pleasantly surprised at Pitt's acting chops, that is; how convincingly he portrayed a very old man, still making that character sympathetic even though he looked physically decrepit. Such acting prowess and versatility doesn't come around very often, and I hope that Pitt will continue to make films into his 60s and beyond. I'm sorry that his ex-wife, Angelina Jolie continues to make his real life (off the big screen) a living hell, and I wish the actor nothing but happiness.

@@williambradleypitt7222 I think its all proved now angelina is with that tall man, who is younger also. She wanted to have open marriage affairs, she is not good.
It was one film, interview with the vampire, where I returned three more times. I loved it. Seven was horrific. It was seen as a pretty violent and disturbing for its time. Watching all of the films, I watched nearly all of them.

I’ll watch Brad if he’s just standing in one spot!🤩💖one of my ALL TIME favorite actors!! I loved “Interview w/the Vampire” I also own the book! Then, there’s “Legends of the Fall” & “Troy”…just to name a few!! Love u Brad!!💖💖👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
W.T.F..... If you can look past the miscast of La stat, you can see the magic of Pit's performance. As a vampire who is lost in his own existence, Pit delivers a perfect characterization of a lost soul. Be it human or some other life form There is a vibrant shadow of loneliness and fame woven into his role. As fate is all, so is destiny. So had Pit not been off on filming this movie, he would not have been able to spew from every pore of his body, the powerful limited expressions that cry out the pain and internal torture that was Louie. Pit brought the same inward bruised emotions in Legends of the fall. Pit does it for a third time in Meet Joe Black. It seems Pit's best work is when he does the lest amount of effort. That's my 2 cent.
IWTV was amazing. At first, I agreed with Anne Rice, I didn’t think Tom Cruise was the best choice for Lestat either. But after I saw the movie, I was mesmerized by each individual character!! Brad did an amazing job of Louis!!
He is the total package. Extremely talented in all roles. God created man then he created Brad. The man is perfection. He is smart determined compassionate completely the full package.
I’ve read all of Anne Rice’s books and I had a problem with the casting of Tom Cruise, but he proved me wrong. I enjoyed the whole movie. I count it as a classic.
tom cruise was in it. Case Closed! NO TOM CRUISE MOVIES IN OUR HOUSE! EVER! SCIENTOLOGY! NO JOHN TRAVOLTA MOVIES IN OUR HOUSE, EITHER! HIS POPULARITY IS DUE TO HIS RELIGION, BECAUSE IF DAVID MISCAVIGE SAYS, 'TOM CRUISE HAS A NEW MOVIE OUT! YOU SHOULD ALL GO SEE IT! ONCE A DAY!' IT'S A CAPTIVE AUDIENCE! NO, WE DON'T WATCH ANYTHING{knowingly} WITH SCIENTOLOGISTS IN THEM! WE ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT SUPPORT A CULT!
All of them. Seriously, I couldn't pick just one, in each movie he puts himself out their, putting his ability into a more challenging experience. I do love the interaction between Anthony Hopkins and Brad in their movies. SEVEN was amazing acting all the way around, and I don't think I could have watched this film if not for the interaction between Morgan and him and Paltrow. They were like magic. Legends of the Fall was the same for me, such horrifying scenes that Brad actually made us feel the pain of Triston so we could go to that deep dark place. It's like dealing with your own difficult shadow side and you still love yourself, don't you? Brad is one of the most outstanding actors of this century, I don't care what the press digs up on him which are usually lies anyway, his Art is making us feel and that's magic!!👍
I like all his films, very good acter, and his roles were so strange, different, and masterpiece. Brad is not only good looking guy but excellent acter.
I loved the movies Meet Joe Black and Fight Club. Brad played excellent roles in both movies. I watched Meet Joe Black twice because it was so romantic. I was glad the death was able to experience human love ❤️ And that the original main male character returned to his cafe crush to pick up where he left. I did not think that movie was too long. It was captivating and kept me glued to every scene.

Not so humble to Jonah Hill. He was more into himself and felt that he was better…that Jonah wasn’t even in the same class as him. Jonah has been in many movies and he has done drama too. He’s a pretty good actor. I guess Brad just doesn’t have the same sense of humor as him.

I'm gonna point it out that Brad and Juliet were never married. They were engaged. Then he was engaged to Gwyneth, married to Jennifer, then married to Angelina.
After watching the movie I didn't want to read the book. I loved Brad in Interview with a vampire. It was Tom Cruise I had a problem with. Tom is a horrible actor, he's movies are all the same actor.

I had no idea Too Young to Die was one of his early films. I thought Thelma and Louise was the first thing I ever saw him in. The man is as talented as he is beautiful.
Absolutely loved Interview with the Vampire! Easily my favorite vampire film. Tom Cruise as Lestat stole every scene he was in and as for Brad…honestly I felt he was great in the role. I know behind the scenes he suffered but that’s exactly what Louise is feeling throughout most of the story, suffering. He’s conflicted and unsure about his nature and given that Brad was also at odds with his performance I think there was some unintentional nuance that came through his portrayal of the tormented immortal.

Hes a great actor. He nailed the 1950s hard ass emotionally stunted father...in that film The Tree of Life.... Could have been my dad. Tapping his watch said so much. It wasnt a glamourous role but how did he capture it !The brush cut the toughness with pain enveloped inside. The drive to succeed. You wouldnt think it would be a Brad Pitt role to play someone so square and bottled up but he is a great actor.

I think the character that he was portraying an interview with a vampire was really him at times I don't think he liked working with Tom Cruise very much I just get the feeling Brad don't agree with something point of view or maybe Tom Cruise stepped over the boundaries with Scientology It's all speculation.
I loved “Meet Joe Black”. I liked the fact that it was not overplayed nor exaggerated. I will always believe that Brad Pitt may have only “wanted to be loved, but for reasons of his own, he tossed the love between he and Jennifer Aniston away “ , for someone he perceived as “exotic” , and a bit callous.
A river runs through it made brad into the new Robert Redford when he was young… it was a beautiful movie. I think that and meet joe black were my favorites. He’s the most gorgeous guy. He shines. I hated the vampire movie just because the girls get fried by the sun and brad looked so unhappy it made me not want to watch it was like torture.

Thank-you for validating my experience of being so disappointed in the film version of Interview With The Vampire. Anne Rice’s novel was such a profound literary work. The film production just didn’t get it. So it played like a contrite display of emotional development arrest. The profound communication of this book does not come through in the film at all. More to say, but gotta go. Thank-you for your in-depth broadcast.
It's just not fair. In this life we where supposed to be together. I never saw more beautiful man and I was never more in love with someone than in him. Maybe in another life. My first love. My Brad Pitt ❤️
