I bought the BW aerotherm 50 gal. I really thought it came with the connect adapter, especially since it is really pushed on the website. It doesnt have one. Why not and how do i get one?

Can anyone tell me when these connect modules are going to be in stock, anywhere? I called them directly and they said they haven’t even hit full scale production with these.

Do not buy this water heater . I have it .I had a 40 gallon propane that would run circles around this . Never shuts off , never has hot water when you need it , call the company they act like your stupid ,sir everything seems to be AOK,😅😅. NEVER AGAIN . I'm up stairs, right now all I can here is guess what .😅 .my wife just took a shower, I'm next, 2 hours from now. Just wash your laundry in COLD WATER,😅 U MIGHT HAVE enough hot water when u have asleep OVA company😅. Should I go on? I have a on demand Navian, at my other house, with endless hot water , would anyone like a good deal on a BW HEATjunk ,I mean pump ?
