I have played many Steinway Cs in my life as well as other brands with similar sized models i.e. Yamaha C7, Bösendorfer 225 (both the VC and original model) Fazioli F228, Bechstein C234. This Estonia was a very pleasant surprise in all regards: The action is precise and very controllable, the dynamic range is huge and the singing quality in the tenor and treble register actually makes it stand out from many other pianos of similar size.
@@OE1FEU Thank you for the information. I'm going back and forth between a L225 and a restored Hamburg C224 from the early 1900's. There is about a $20K USD difference
@@maxrey4055 Wait another couple of days until you have heard my restored (not rebuilt!) Bechstein 220 from 1901. This may turn out to be quite an ear opener to you. It will stand side by side with my 1886 Steinway B for a direct comparison and I believe you will enjoy this.
