I love this tutorial. As a braider myself, I think it’s very rare to have a stylist post hiccups that happen along the way. I truly appreciate it because honestly $hit happens. Something that I’ve learned on my braid journey that may help you, so instead of dipping the entire braid in water and ending up with the hair coming apart at the end of all of that hard work, try pouring the water over the braid(S). Like have your client lay in the sink if you can. And pour only what is needed to unstiffen the braid directly where it needs to be. This helps to lay down frizzies, shrink the hair where needed, etc.
Hey Duchess, great re-do of that hairstyle. You kept a positive attitude and that's why you are one of the greatest hairstylist. God bless you and keep going strong. ❤
Hi Don't listen to the haters People that usually criticize your work, never did a hairstyle in their lifetime I love that you're a string black woman, who rise above the haters Your styles are always perfect I don't always make a comment but I do watch all your videos You're doing a terrific job God bless you
@@DuchessBraids you're so welcome I listen to you as you speak on your videos and I can tell that you're s kind gentle young lady Just keep going you and taking the high road. Its great that you don't respond to the negative message. Keep shining.God bless you and your family
The water was too hot that’s why the hair shrinks, happened to me a few times too so for me sometimes the hot water coming from my sink is enough or I let my hot water sit while I’m doing the finishing touches hope that helps, you did an amazing job 😊
Love the color. And the ponytail is fire so nobody should have anything negative to say. If u don’t have nothing nice to say don’t say it at all. Beautiful! Awesome job.
Facebook people don't show so much love and that's not nice. Even my sister complains about them too,but its all good,we keep going. This hairstyle right here is the bomb,so beautiful hun🧡🌺😘
I love it. (And how sweet and humble you were when you tried other people’s ideas.) I know you were grinning like crazy though when that last suggestion failed though 😂
As long as the client is happy others opinions does not matter. At the end and start of the day she’s the one wearing it, paying for it, and loving it. Bye haters!
The Story-time 👌🏽 The ponytail look fire 🔥 Most times it's the people doing least...chats the most! 🤣🤣 One time I didn't someone's ponytails they literally argued with me to dip it in hot water I told them it would mess up the braid...it look the same as yours when I dipped it smh it was a hot mess.
I love her hair great video thanks for sharing I also do the same if I do a style for the very first time that I never did before when I do it a second time it comes out so much better than the first time so practice do makes perfect thanks for sharing 🥰
Next time I suggest you wrap your base around your ponytail first then start braiding down it gives you mor control over the braid and it won’t look so wide at the beginning of your braid and the braid will flow better also don’t braid so tight till you get to the end that should help with the stiffness
Beautiful.hair color its 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥 is pheonumal wow and another thing. Stop listening to.these haters you are the one. doing your clients hair not them.at all. there a saying. Haters make me famous you got this 💯❤️💕💞❤️😍🤩
Dipping works but the hair probably wasn't the right hair choice. However the ponytail you did the first time, there wasn't anything wrong with it for you redo the style. People were just complaining about nothing.
Duchess, This client has such a beautiful head of hair. I remember when your beautiful daughter's hair was This thick and full. I noticed in your recent video with you doing your daughter's hair that her hair has thinned out and broken off. She's so young and I wonder why that happened.
I have to disagree with that hon, her hair is the same as before. In previous videos, her hair was either curly or blown out. In the last video, her hair was pressed. Her texture is really fine, so when pressed it looks lightweight. That’s all!
