The scammer is pretty honest. He said he would connect you to the fraudulent department. He told you the truth. The “department” is actually fraudulent.

The stupid scammers ask what kind of computers the victims are using and this does not really matter at all. They keep themselves asking stupid, futile and irritating questions. They pride themselves of stealing vulnerable, trusting and non- tech- savvy people!. What a basket of hyenas in human bodies!.
A refund scammer called me, I said I'm keeping the money. He went crazy and tried to mess up my , lol, VM. I showed him that all his efforts were in vane. Wow, screaming and me really getting deep under his skin. He went and rage quit. So satisfying!!! Lol, their so stupid!!!
Have you considered when they put the "updating" overlay on the screen to hide them editing HTML, when they ask you "what do you see on your screen" you say that you see someone changing stuff and writing transactions and blah blah and have them freak out thinking that their overlay isnt working?
Why does each and every scammer use the same script over and over and over again 😂. Edit: actually this was just all over the place, paypal, norton, hacking, banking, bitcoin, they wanted your each and everything!

She also had a lot of trouble working out whether she was with Norton or Paypal, not to mention using Indian lakhs notation for the "refund"! 😆 Still not sure what the hackers had to do with anything 🤔 Margaret using the work computer to further complicate things was genius!

I had a Amazon refund scammer try to tell me an 800$ iPad had been purchased. After simply looking at my Amazon history I pestered him for a solid 15 minutes. Somehow he knew about a huge hole in my backyard. I told him if I found him I'd use HIM to fill it! Hadn't had a scam call in years lol!

They are so funny . So hackers got into your computer and gave Norton a free payment on your behalf instead of the hackers taking it themselves . They are basically calling themselves hackers . Lol once they saw the 10 million they said forget the refund lets go for the big bucks
