I tried that technique and after 2 rounds out of the recommended 6 I cleared out all this yellow mucus that I didn't know was there and I can breathe better right now
That's great to hear! It's amazing how quickly our bodies can respond to these techniques. I'm glad you're breathing easier now. Thanks for sharing your experience! 🌟
Thank you Neil. I am so grateful to you. All this time I was unable to do deep breathing exercises. I feel weak and am suffering from neuropathy. After watching your videos I realised I was trying too hard to breathe which made me feel even weaker. The small exercise that you taught to close the nose helped me immensely. 🙏
i have like brain fog i excersieze, take cold showers daily, usually keep my mouth shut while sleeping and usually, litterasaly have the least amount of screen time in school but still
Thank you sir, your so calm when you talk and it really calms me down. That suger low diet and nose breathing helpt me so much!!! I also order the book you recommended about breathing.
Good video and great content in general. HOWEVER: having background music in a video targeted at people with brainfog is really odd. Gives the impression that you don't really understand the issues of your own target audience. The less annoying sounds the better. Therefore: please consider not having background music in your videos.
Hey @hidifidi7060, don't give up hope. Keep trying small changes. Look for the little 1% gains over time. You'll get through this 🤗 If you are really feeling low, then please talk to a family member or friend or support. 🙏
Make it work or EAt the whole iNternet and find something that works for you, giving up is not an option. We are all going through something, nobody is alone.
Ever since i had chemo, i have an extremely difficult difficult time waking up. The only thing that ever help is the diet drug, phentermine. The government has made a conntrolled substance. Only half the dosage. I can not make it through a full day of work. Please give suggestions. Thank you.
Hi @michellemcmillan6149, thank you so much for sharing. It sounds like you have been having a really tough time, and I'm sending lots of hugs your way 🤗. I think the first step is to try to understand why the body is struggling to wake up. Asking your doctor for tests to rule anything obvious out might be a good place to start, then perhaps working with a functional therapist. It may also be that the body just needs more time to recover from the trauma of the chemo. Am sorry I can't be of more help and wishing you all the best 🙏🏻
Thankyou so much! This was really helpful! Need your opinion on dancing? Does it also helps to clear it all? Like working out? And is it crucial to keep mouth close during that
@Justanotherhuman8787 you are so welcome 🙏. Yes dancing is fantastic, just keep the mouth closed and move at an intensity where your breathing is under control. Hope thanks helps 👍
Great question! The ones related to breathing are definitely valid throughout the month, although you will notice that breathing exercises feel different depending on where you are in your cycle.
😮Your Solution is like no Solution 😢. Any Solution how to force yr Brain cell Force them to Eat your Plugue in your Blood & turn into Mussile. How to do it..! ]Heavy Training without Eatting Salvation for Years]. Will it Works?
well, you talk about calming nervous system basicaly. There are better protocols than just breathe and cold water. Those are not straight ways to fix problem.
I have been on my own journey with brain fog for over 10 years now. I found some really great (and new to me) options here and I'm thankful this video.
