Ingredients
Beef or mutton brain 1 (
blanched with 1 tsp turmeric powder for 2 -3 minutes )
Onion 2 (finely chopped )
Tomatoes 2 (peeled ,de seeded and finely chopped)
Green chillies 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Green onions 2 tbsp ( finely chopped )
Ginger 1 inch( julienne )
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp or (as per taste)
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp (roasted and hand grounded )
Cooking Oil (as required)
