Grandpa loves showing off his gallbladder scar. *Jeff’s Grandpa:* X marks the spot! Everyone asks me the same question. *Uncle Ed:* What grade are you in? (A bird faints due to Uncle Ed’s breath) *Jeff:* 10th. *Aunt Janice:* Honey, what grade are you in? *Jeff:* Still 10th. *Aunt Janice:* Fantastic! *Jeff:* Please... (Aunt Janice slaps his butt) don’t... (Aunt Janice slaps his butt again) slap my butt. Uncle Ed had an allergic reaction. *Uncle Ed:* (gets stung in the butt by a bee) Ow! (Aunt Janice slaps him on the butt) Ow! *Aunt Janice:* Got it! *Jeff’s Grandpa:* Let’s see the scar. We made a human pyramid, but we never should have put Cousin Bernie on top or Grandpa on the bottom. (The human pyramid collapses) *Jeff’s Grandpa:* That’s gonna leave another scar. But the highlight was the tug-of-war. (Most of the Sutphen family fall into the mud, having lost the tug-of-war to Jeff’s Grandma, who gleefully jumps in the mud with them.) I guess Grandma was right; the family that plays together stays together, especially when there’s mud involved.
