I've watched many recipes, YOU ARE THE ULTIMATE GOURMET!! Your dishes ARE FLAVORFUL. I can tell. I'm a pretty good cook, but your way of seasoning and ingredients are soo advanced; you're the first Chef I feel intimidated at the colossal creations!

I'm SOOOOOOO upset that i didn't get the chance to get my MLK dinner because I had to work & didn't know if Door Dash or Uber Eats could be used when ordering. Nevertheless, I HOPE you do another one for Black History Month. Love me some you, Sis ❤💯

@SayWhatItsVegan I thought vegans are smaller and more toned since they don't eat meat. And yes u can substitute your protein with veggies but from what I see on everyone claiming to be vegan on their channels they are the same size as people that eat meat and esr badly. That's the confusing part. Earing healthier is supposed to change your appearance because u took meat from your diet and meat is bad now since meat has alot of stuff put in it that isn't healthy. But everyone looks the same. That is the confused part. People want to see a toned person that is vegan to show what being vegan can encourage u to look like. Which is your cholesterol is down, your weight is down, you don't have as many health risks. That my point. But the food looks good though
@@passionsecrets I don’t have any health problems and I never been a small woman. And for you to say people want to see a toned person, that’s your ideology not everyone else’s. You’re looking at stereotypes and maybe do a little more research and find out what veganism is really about you will have a better understanding.
@SayWhatItsVegan I talked to my Dr. When I was looking to take meat out my diet so I started looking on all these vegan channels and everyone based off of me looking all look the same for people not to eat meat. Is what I was saying. I'm thinking in my own opinion people are looking for healthy eating options and look at the person in the video to see if they can one day look like that if they go vegan. Trust me vegan eating all the time is hard to transition too. But again in my opinion people eating vegan is no different from people just eating meat the result is the same agin in my opinion. The only difference based off of what my dr. Told me your sodium intake may start being higher because of all the sauces your using to make the food taste better is the only thing. But again. Good video
