How to clean between the gap if it's so dusty

Sir please help the lift is running up direction the lift is running well but down period lift is not running stuck and moter have sound and vibration in down period normal and inspection mode also and the drive show 90091error help me all programing is set and brake adjust is also i have this moter igl21 help me
