BRAKE ROTOR AND PAD UPGRADE FOR MY LEXUS IS250 (AWD)

I do have a IS250 with IS350 brake conversion. But this is also a great upgrade for a IS250 front rotor. I finally have a decent brake rotor/pad set up on my Lexus and I absolute love the bite on these pads!
Part numbers:
Front right IS350 AWD rotors: amzn.to/2UYI63V
Front Left IS350 AWD rotors: amzn.to/2N8He8v
Rear Left IS250 AWD rotor: amzn.to/3hBpiBH
Rear right IS250 AWD rotor: amzn.to/2Na4vXN
Front IS350 Pads: amzn.to/2NazhQn
Rear IS250 Pads: amzn.to/2UY0TMU
These rotors will not work for RWD the inside diameter is different, make sure you look up the correct part number for RWD model!

Do you have the part number for the IS350 AWD "Brake dust shield" that will fit on the IS250 AWD 2009 if i upgrade the brake, i ordered a pair buy when it came it fits the rear wheel drive 350.

Hey man I love your video bro it was very informative . I want to change the just the rear rotors on my 2010 is250 awd do you have any suggestions for rotors ? Also if I’m only having problems with one (right rear) should I still change the other just to be safe ? Again love the video man 👍

Thanks for the support man, I do suggest changing all 4 one shot, if youre on a budget then both but if your really on a budget then the one is fine as long as the other side is not worn out. You want your brakes to wear out evenly. What’s the problem with that one rotor ?

do can any awd calipers from a 350 fit like from 2006-2013 or do they need to be 2014 and up

I mean if I’m being honest it seems to be all the Same thing but I usually would stick to the year my car is. And keep in mind if you have AWD get AWD Rotors; if you have RWD get RWD Rotors. It’s the rotor that matters. Calipers are all the same AWD/RWD wise as for year I have no idea.

Not at all just caliper rotors and pads for a is350 just make sure the rotors are specific to your car so if you have a rwd car get rwd rotors, same for AWD otherwise they won’t fit

I seen some rotors that people have like the drilled holes with the lines and the ones you have on the video.. what’s the difference between them?

The rotors with the holes and lines are called drilled and slotted ( not recommend for daily driving, they might warp) The rotors with just the lines are called slotted which I recommend for daily driving conditions and performance The rotors with nothing is called solid which i recommend if you’re on a budget also great for daily driving

@831lildanny as for the brake pads, brake dust is almost going to happen with every brake pad but I’ve been running Akebono for couple years and It’s a lot less then the others.. for rotors stoptech slotted are great but pricey

Geezz bro clean the hub before you put a new rotor! The rotor won't spin right with tons of rust on it. Sweet calipers though!

@@ChrisKheluram i always clean the hub I mean always to the bare metal, then I put a tiny coat of Fluid Film. Never got problems to remove the rotors even a few yrs later. Fluid Film is awesome! Try it bro! P.S. The rust will create an uneven surface on the hub so your rotor won't "seat" on it as supposed. Just my 5 cents 😃
