Upgrade as follows:
1. R10 - added hydraulic oil cooler, chanege from 2 post to 4
2. R15 - added counter weight, built-in travel motor with 2 speed
3. R18 - change from mechanical to pilot control on adjustable chassis
4. R350 - change from stationary armrest to flip up style

Good info about the upgrades and models, thanks for posting. The four post sun shade is a good thing. My Rippa R319 has the two post and it bounces a lot when traveling. I’m probably going to add the rear posts to strength it more. I’m looking forward to seeing more videos.

Hello Cliff. I live in North Idaho about 2 hours drive from the Canadian border. I didn't know that I needed a mini excavator until I used one for the first time. It was a Takeuchi TB235-2 with the open cab, and hydrologic thumb that I rented. Since then I realized that I could benefit in owning my own excavator. Watching many RU-vid videos, I ran across a channel by "Mike Festiva" who recently purchased an R319, and posting videos using the machine . I'm impressed, and subscribed to your channel.
