Does anyone know if these shoes damage laminate floor? We made a gym in our basement, but we put down new flooring. If I damage it I’ll be divorced! Lol

Does this take the edge off the impact? It looks so fun and great for cardio, but jumping can really hurt the ankles for those of us really out of shape and getting older. This makes it look so smooth and painless!

I'm 53 have horrible knee problems but I bought these , and it's hard at first to get it down ! However so much better on the knees !! I'm very out of shape BUT I just go slow. If you have pretty good balance you can do these !

Adding in intense exercise 4-6 hours a week is definitely helpful for fat loss. It’s also important to eat healthy food and track calories - calorie deficit is the only way to lose fat.
