Over weight, tractor not being used for agricultural purposes and running red diesel no doubt and looks like running at 50k using the oil brakes, I wonder what other laws they are breaking. Where is vosa/dvsa when you need them??.
Be a long time waiting for the DVSA. The DVSA don't have any jurisdiction in Ireland. The road signs are Irish, as is the tractor number plate, plus it does say Ireland in the title description.
