imagine you have a Party and the owner of Villa White goes to the Guesttoilet and sees the same sink that he has in his Spa Area... I mean, of course these two Villas are great and for sure have a great Buildquality, but there are many things in this one that i saw in the other too. I miss the Soul of a House in these two, no idea how to explain it. Even the Pool looks the same, the Grass Area above the Garage is the same as in the other house and so on. I would expect more for that amount of money. Last but not least: A great Tour again, thank you :)

I know the service rooms are boring but I'd like to know if my 5 kids are all showering at the same time the heating system can cope with the stress But on the whole a beautiful property and thank you for giving us an insight to the many homes you visit 👍👍

Love your videos!! But must correct you on one detail, bathtubs you show are free standing tubs not claw foot. Clawfoot tubs are the ones that sit on what looks like animals paws, used to be very popular a long time ago but not so much now. But still love you guys, keep up the good work!!!

I LOVE the videos!!! Just curious (sorry).. Being from Canada and all the wild fires popping up (mysteriously). These houses seem quite safe... if there was a fire and embers were flying around... seeing how it's built... I'd think it would survive quite well! I never thought like this before. Thanks for viewing a home that I can see myself attaining eventually :)
Thank you for your feedback ☺️ Now that's a question we haven't had before. Not sure how the homes are built in Canada, but if they are built like American homes with timber then I'd say the homes here built with concrete and steel are much safer 🙏😊
@@TheMarobrothers I'm glad they're solid. Canada has houses built with lumber. My wife, being European calls them popsicle stick houses :) I assumed all Concrete & Steel but didn't know! I love that type of building material much more! Thanks & Enjoy the great weather over there guys! :)
Very nice. Has high end luxury prices also dropped a bit as interest rates have gone up like in Los Angeles? it's hard to say because there is such a span in the prices but I get the impression that prices have come down 20%, sometimes more.
Hi! Congratulations for the villa's tours. Sotogrande is the best of the best. Green and quiet The house is nice for short holidays, but seems not so convenient to live for longer periods Suites are small, even master suite. No windows in most of the small toilettes. Wall in the middle of the garage is very weird, also exit from the garage must be an issue as well the pedestrian entrance of the house. Also not sure about privacy and that lot of AC will be needed as windows are almost everywhere without protection How big is the plot? seems that almost half is lost due to the big slope. On the other hand price 5.5M€ seems not very expensive to compare with Marbella area
Good morning Abdul, yes, Sotogrande is something special! This property is a an excellent option for full time living or holiday use. The plot is 2512m2 and has been built with the most up to date energy efficient technology so temperature control is cost effective. There is a sloped area at the front but this is what gives the villa the elevation for beautiful panoramic views over the surrounding houses. Car access is very easy as is the pedestrian access too which also exists for guests straight up to the pool/terrace area. Guys, you are so totally wrong when it comes to machine room and server room, they are some of the most interesting parts of a luxury villa. A buyer would like to know about if it's communal water and drain for example and as much as possible about the technical parts of the house. So please include these rooms in the future, thanks 👍.
Thanks for the feedback. We very often include them within the tours. Sometimes the homes (not in this one) are just being finished and the machine room are still packed with equipment etc ! So we don't show it 😞

@@TheMarobrothers I'm a designer and usually like to measure a few things(lawn, skylights, pool, width of walkways, length of driveway to estimate the slope, balconies, etc...) If you were do one overhead drone shot then give us the exact size of one thing, like the pool length, we can use that as a scale to to measure anything else. You could casually mention it or put a couple dimensions in the description for reference, it'd really help And thanks again for bringing all the great content, keep it up!
