Nice! Hopefully one of the departments where I live gets a new FPUI, it was unconfirmed though. But I would like to see a new FPUI for NRFR’s Battalion 5. I know BPD uses them.
Nice catch! The 2020 version of the Explorer looks much nicer than the previous Explorers. If you want a new Explorer, it's now available as a Hybrid Platinum, but these kinds are gasoline only. Why does the CFD have fire truck sirens in their full fleet including the ambulances and supervisor cars? Fire truck sirens may lead to confusion between fire trucks and EMS vehicles including ambulances.
It’s CFD tradition to have green and red lights. I’ve have seen videos of the blue and red on CFD but that style didn’t last long. I also know Texas uses those green lights not for tradition but to make visibility better, the green light helps with visibility.
Green lights are super sensitive to human eye Human eye can pick green alot faster than red blue or any colour also green light stands out much better when there are many lights in night time Also green is for paramedics doctors it is related to medical emergency
@@emvvehicles_8 sorry John but that is not correct. It has to do with a nautical theme that Commissioner Albert Goodrich brought to the fire department in 1927 due to his and his family's ties to the steamship industry. Red and green meaning port and starboard. It has become tradition now
