$2.2 million?? Can't see it. It's nice but lacks a lot of the true luxury features for that price. Example: Would expect automatic blinds installed on all of those huge glass windows. A laundry room not a laundry closet but liked that there are two L rooms. Three garage doors on the front of the house...not appealing. Jr. Suite bedroom is tiny....closet is super small but bathroom is nice. Step in rather than walk in closets in some rooms are stretch but all bathrooms are very nice. Primary suite is gorgeous but bathtub is in an odd location...tucked against the shower. Run more plumbing and do this right. The primary walk in closet is nice for one person but shared isn't enough space. I wouldn't pay $2.2 million for a home like this that has very little land AND a partially finished basement!?? Great job on the cinematography.

Beautiful indeed. But a home of this magnitude needs a foyer. A place to greet everyone. A place to take off or put on your things (coats, boots, etc...) and most definitely a place to put your coats within a reasonable distance from the front entry. Strange design decision.

For over 2 million the bedrooms are super small. The master suite was on the plain side. The master tub seemed out of place. The outside setup left a lot to be desiredd. There are some kool features, but not enough for the asking price.

What are the houses worth On that street; recently a house sold on my block for $995,000 personally I Don’t believe any should Sell for more than $600,000 I live in a mid century modern home on the West Coast. This home has Zero parking for guests..???? A circular driveway would’ve been nice but it probably would’ve been and extra $100,000 more for the builder ... I don’t like entry ways that can’t be seen..but I love modern contemporary homes...it seems there are A few in the area..

2.2 million and no quality upgrades like the person stated above remote control shades,no theater,unfinished basement, no tennis,basketball court,pool, LOTS OF WASTED SPACE small jr. Suites, no elevator due to so many stairs! No in law unit! Its a No for me. 😊

What messes it up for me is that its a corner lot, no side walks to keep the A holes with their dogs off my lawn, and no elevator which the 800k dollar townhouse has one but not the almost 3x's as much house...LOL I like it but those things would need correcting.

I must say, out of all the houses I have seen this house is spectacular roomy, the closets don't have wire racks like the ones I have seen from another realtor. The only thing I don't like is all the stairs I inside but in all the house is alright. 😊

Way too much for Atlanta. If I spend 2 million on a house, I expect to wake up and walk to the beach, which would be just outside. And they do have houses like this near the beaches in other countries. With a full time maid and full time 'HOUSE BOYS," I'm talking about Cape Town, South Africa. Victoria Island, Nigeria. Accra, Ghana. And some places in the Caribbean.

There is so much that is wrong with this house especially when one saw some of the other new builds. Gentrifying a neighborhood brutally imh... Also someone phoned in the design especially the MBR... WTH!!?? You could put on a school play in front of the useless space by the bath!! No way for 2 million plus!!!

For 2 mill there's so much missing. No pool, you have 6 shelfs for pantry. Closets have one shelf and 1 rod, come on 😢. No heated floors. There should be motorized blinds. Kitchen was ok and master bedroom. Master bath shower has 1 shower head really one, no bench in any shower, and has a curb that shower should be a curb less. The list goes on. For 2 mill these houses better start getting more updates.

Too modern for me, like a home with some character. The outside has an industrial building feel or office building feel. Like the idea of 5 bed, 5 bath, and the square feet, brick house across the street is beautiful.

I love this home. I’m concerned about the transition taking place with all the 1960s and 70s homes in the neighborhood probably less than half the value of this home. Aside from that , the home is exquisite.

That is the transition. Being that there's no new land growing anywhere, all the 60's and 70's homes in that neighborhood will eventually be bought, demolished, and newly constructed as the other's were. Happens all the time.

Definitely NOT worth 2M anything. 200k homes next door and across the street. Kitchen has cheap looking locker-room cabinets. Where's the built-in cafe-maker and pot filler and top appliances? At the price point, I'm disappointed.

The house looks great! I would have put the tub by the window in the master bath instead of flush against the walk in shower. You don't need two water closets. Two shower heads would also be nice.
