The Smokies have a new option for fine dining and we cannot wait to showcase it for you right here! This was opening night Thursday, Oct 12th during sneak preview days. Such a beautiful resort and restaurant. The biscuits and pepper jelly looked outstanding. The East Tennessean Flatbread looked like a great combination of flavors. Never had an apple stack cake. The dinner menu is unique. Love the looks of breakfast on their website.

Another wonderful video! I'm booked there December 10 for 5 nights. My go-to cocktail is the Old Fashioned. That one looks over-the-top. I will certainly order at least one.
