I just got the 48v 17” model and it started and mowed fine till I released the handle. Now it will not start. The new blower that came with will only blow for about 5 seconds then stops. Have to wait till Monday to call customer service.
Thanks man. Just picked up a display model on sale. They couldn't find the manual. I thought I got a dud. They could have wrote that on the button somewhere.
Bought a brand new 80V electrical push mower a month ago. Today tried to use it for first time but it can't start. fully charged battery with the correct starting procedure but 3 short beeps is all I got. I saw someone in Amazon complained the same type of DOA as well. very upset about the quality of this product. calling the support right now. 35 minutes gone and still waiting...
@@buckleyje Customer service went through a few checking and decided to let me return it. I put it in the same package it's shipped in. An UPS driver picked it up with no charge. That was a year ago.
@@lg10evo I spent hours on the phone with them and they couldn't figure it out either. They gave me approval to take it in for warranty work, but the closest place is over an hour away (another state) so THANKFULLY I purchased it from Costco- they let me return it and buy a new one to replace it! YAY!
same thing happen to me once....the mulch bag need to be properly mounted and/ or the mulch plug too...I think is a security feature if I'm not wrong...!!!
Have this problem now when trying to do first mow of new season. Kept mower under porch. No exposure to rain. Even with 2 batteries in it, fully charged. Tried doing things in different order. Tried spinning blade. ?
