The client liked being at home so we build him a home with space for 2 motor homes so he could be in his home, next to his home while being at home. The extra huge garages are a great idea if he wants to start a business. A CNC lathe and CNC milling machine would fit in nicely while having plenty of room for set up.
Beautiful home... Luv ta garages...They should hv french door in dinning to so they can enjoy ta out doors...hv a few designed i don't agree with like master bedroom windows to high n walk in shower is to tiny.. But overall tat house has alot of potential...
This is a beatiful home, anyone that disagrees just has poor taste, broke or just hatin. I wonder what the price tag is tho. 4 bed room 2600 square feet, I'm from Florida and that would be in the $275,000-$400,000 range
The front of the house really has poor design. The front door should be the main focal point. Instead it's tucked away with a narrow entrance. The garage doors are drawing the attention. The driveway should have some type of bricked design to compliment the house, instead it' just plain slabs of concrete.
It’s the one of the ugliest and the most imposing house I’ve ever seen and if you can’t see why people don’t like it your aesthetic sense is non-existent.
it's okay buddy i can be "non-existent" I like the world better like that. Let me ask you something, how new and how clean is your house tho? I'll wait. LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Kristie Lee How’s that relevant? My house is about 150 years old, is fairly non-objectionable but a bit boring and not that well designed, and is not very clean at all at the moment.
Kristie Lee , that house I believe would cost more than $400k in florida since I live here also. Make me want to build a detached garage but probably rare use it
Hi Keith, no floor drains in the garage- unfortunately- city code doesn't allow us to do that. We did put a little doggy door in the side of the RV garage to run the drain tube out the doggy door to the clean out just outside the garage. And yes, those are expansions joints in the concrete.
I'm an architect and I simply don't understand this ugly home. It looks like a fire station. Or maybe a better comment is that it's a giant garage with a tiny house attached on the left side. Why wouldn't you have rear or side loaded garage doors? What is the attraction of having the facade look like a rental storage facility?
Lots of people talking crap about this house. I would love a house like that. A bit big for just me. But lot of room for my grand kids to visit and kids
Great question. This one was built in 2015 and 2016 so it's tough to say what the price on this one would be today. The lot its on is unreplaceable, the house itself could be duplicated. Most RV garages with double RV's like this one are going for $700k to $850k in today's market. Thanks for the comment.
If you follow the rainbow all the way to the end you come to a little town called Hurricane, Utah. Southern Utah. 300+ days of sunshine. High desert area. 2 hour freeway drive to Las Vegas NV. 2 hour highway drive to Grand Canyon. 30 minute highway drive to Zion National Park. 2 hour drive during the winter to Brian Head Ski Resort. 2 hour highway drive to Lake Powell. REPLY
toneskill that one we sold a few years ago. I can’t remember how much we sold that one for. We have another double RV garage home coming up around late February or early March that will be $529,900. It’s a 4 bed 3.5 bath 2,400+ sq/ft with two car garage plus an attached double rv garage plus additional room for RV parking on the side of the garage.
The week before they finished it the wife had the shits, turned around and thought.....what a lovely colour I think I'll paint the entire house that shade.
Wow. The garage was the best part of the house. The driveway was uneven, the floors looked horrible, the rooms were way to small with bad entries. The entertainment center and kitchen looked cheap. The back yard could have been feigned better. I could live in the garage. No ceiling fan in the garage. It's a beautiful house don't get me wrong, but for the amount of money they're probably asking there are alot of problems. Someone should be able to get this REALLY cheap.
It seem a little small inside the house the two bedrooms were what 20x18. The bathroom shower seemed cramped. The Master bedroom was pretty bland. Everything about the house seemed so 90 degrees. The views though are unbelievable. Also the windows in the house just didn't seem to fit the grandure of the beauty of the outside evironment. Just my observation. Nice lot though....
