You’re a machine junkie (in my opinion), and I fucking love it because these things are being pushed to perform at their best by you. Good call on the 100w I have the 130w and it is really just a cutting machine you can do engraving but it's not great for it thankfully we have another 80w to do all of our engraving
That was thanks to the Thunder team explaining that to me. If I would have been left to my own devices I would have just gone with the biggest one because bigger is always better in my mind 😂. This is a perfect all in one solution.

I work very hard at everything I do, started working at age 17 and joined the US Army at 18 right out of high school, and served 18 months in Vietnam in 1979. Just because I don't make videos on RU-vid like all the folks that get FREE screen printing presses, embroidery machines, laser engravers, and DTF printers, etc, doesn't mean I haven't been working hard at grinding out graphics in the last 50+ years. I started out using pen & ink back in the 70s. I love your videos!
Damn Bro, you make everything look easy. Congrats on the new equipment! That's exciting! Other than sewing them on, is there other options for application to caps? I currently order patches from other companies and heat press them on caps. I might need a quote.
Can you adjust the focus of the laser? Then you could just stick the white vinyl to the black vinyl then adjust the focus and cut. You could save so much time not having to place the cut white pieces to the black vinyl
You can adjust focus, or you can have it run different cut settings for whatever part of the design you choose which would be the better way to go. The problem would be removing the cut pieces afterward, that adhesive is very strong and permanent

Hate to break this to you, but this is essentially a K40 with safety features. Functionality wise, this is no better than DIY K40 lasers with a high quality motion system.

I’m sure from the fact you reach the shit out of everything that you will already know that your laser will be your biggest pain in the ass piece of equipment but they really are pretty temperamental I’ve ran industrial laser cutters for several years making parts for a hay bailer but they break down a lot and they constantly need adjusting hen they work they work great when they don’t they will piss you off in ways you never thought possible
