I have I guess you could call it, two of the original bikes, I miss not having the shocks or the ability to put them on, but we have really enjoyed our bikes. One of the greatest things about this company, for me, has been their customer service. I had several questions about our bikes when they were new, but, they have always gotten back to me almost immediately. Flat tires were my biggest issue, but after using Wal-marts brand of never leak, ( ya, I am an old timer can't remember the brand name), the issue was fixed. I think I have sold many of their bikes for them in my travels around campgrounds and parks, wish I could hear back from the people I talked to, to see how they liked their bikes.

I love that they've come out with a lighter bike - it used to be a pain loading up our two heavy Lectrics. I would LOVE for them to come out with a mountain bike design, because I find the current scooter pose makes it difficult to turn quickly - kept feeling like I was going to fall off the Lectric XP. :)

I loved the tour. Personally I thought the bike missed it's mark. A smaller motor, no shocks and a smaller battery. I know there are different models coming up and looking forward to the next video. Great job!

Did he say the lite has a 350w motor?? Did that change or is it 350 and they just mark it as 300

I have tricky balance issues so riding a two wheel bike isn’t something I can safely do anymore. I’m currently riding a fully me-powered adult tricycle and I’m looking for a foldable, electric tricycle. I know they’re out there but the one I’ve found that will suit my needs is $4,000 Canadian. I haven’t seen that style of bike available from Lectric - maybe something for them to consider in the future. There are a lot of us, middle aged people (57 is middle age still isn’t it?) who do have challenges with things like balance and, for me, a fall off a bike could be potentially crippling. The stability of a tricycle allows me to bike ride with my husband with little fear of falling. Hopefully something Lectric can take into future consideration. Thank you for the video - I always enjoy your content and how you present it.

Wow. We were just there for a tune up but unfortunately the showroom was closed that day. We ride the original XPs and doubt we will get the new light ones with only one speed.

Hello , I just started looking at the XP Lite for about a month and a half, i wish i bought it in early June when it came with the comfort package. Anyway glad i came across this video it was cool to see there headquarters, So my question is , Do you think they are going to come out with an upgraded XP Lite anytime soon? Thankyou and Happy and Safe travel's not 🚴‍♂️☮

The XP lite is as pared down as it can get without sacrificing quality and safety, so it’s doubtful they will make any changes that would make any significant improvements. Shawnna’s father is 77 and he loves his. It’s easy for him to fold and transport in his Jeep. Thanks for watching!

How tall of a rider will the XP lite handle? Also, what is the step over height? Wife is only 5' 3 with a bad Hip and I am 6' 4.

Can the folded bike fit in a supermarket shopping cart, so you don't have to worry about somebody stealing while you are shopping?

It would not be easy to do. We would recommend investing in a high quality kryptonite chain or U lock to safeguard your bike while shipping.

I would not buy the new Lite version unless it comes with splash guards at no extra cost. Any wet road, muddy trail and your getting wet or dirty back and front. They look like nice bikes. Many RVers I watch have them. Great video!

We can’t say specifically, but most bike shops are familiar with many eBike brands these days.

Can you make a lite 2.0 with a speed increase of up to 28 mph? That would be the perfect e- bike!

After having these for more than 3 years we can say with certainty that most people will never ride at the top speed of 28 mph. 15-20 mph is the typical speed in which people seem comfortable.

We are full timers and have two XP 1.0. We find these bikes uncomfortable to ride most of the time unless the road or path is smooth due to the lack of front suspension. We tried Cloud 9 seats and the pneumatic seat post. Is the XP 2.0 a big improvement with its front suspension over tHe XP 1.0 and the Lite.

The Lite has no mud fenders, front suspension, or racks and goes only 20 mph vs 28 mph. The XP 2.0 is the way to go for only $200 more

20 mph is plenty fast. We have only ridden at top speed a handful of times. Even then it was more for the thrill than utility reasons. Very few people will have the need to ride at 28 mph.

@@Captain.Aly98 I would definitely buy it tomorrow if the price was 500 or 600. I think if the lite had the 500w motor on it, then the 799 price tag would be worth it. Would make it much better on hills.
