Hi everybody
Today we’re going to be doing another experiment, I’m getting very bored in lockdown.
So, I’m gonna pop my colours on a folder piece of backing paper and swirl it then fold again and spread it out flat then cure. I’m going to do the same with a second set of colours.
I’m going to apply my background colours. I’ll then cut the marble into super small strips and stick them to the nails with glue. I’m going to finish with top coat.

Rebellious hair colour is great. So vibrant. Vegan, no damaging and reasonably priced. I usually order packs of it on amazon for clients.

Oh, I just adore marble polish decals! They are so awesome to work with and make designs that would be very challenging to make on the nail much, MUCH easier! I did a denim look once that really looked like denim. I used a medium blue base and then used a fan brush to brush streaks of dark indigo vertically and then horizontally, and when that was dried/cured I used the same fan brush technique with very light blue over the dark blue and it really DID look like denim! I could even cut pocket and belt loop shapes, apply the orange stitching patterns on the pockets just like real Levi's, and then use copper/rose gold studs as the copper rivets on the stress points. Nobody had to ask what it was meant to be! I don't know if you can buy the brand in the UK, but my son, who was a Manic Panic boy for the last 20 years has become an Arctic Fox man. Arctic Fox's wild colors seem to last much longer than Manic Panic, and my son will NOT sit in a cold bath, or stand in a cold shower, even if it IS summer and he's trying to preserve the color. He may LOVE to swim, even in our COLD rivers and mountain lakes that were still snow three days ago, but he just can't abide a cold shower! He's sporting a full Mohawk these days, and it looks great, even if it's just blonde tips on dishwater blond hair right now. I really hope he gets to go to the UK someday because I know he'll fit right in. He'll blow the minds of Brits, and the Brits will blow his mind right back! Between his punk hair, piercings-- just a slightly gauged ear, I think is a 4- or maybe a 2-gauge, and his tongue which I think is an 8 or 10 gauge-- leather jacket and patent leather Doc Martens' he should blend right in, at least until he opens his mouth and the California accent slips out! But he's good at accents, too. His true dream job would be voice acting. He's always wanted to voice cartoon characters, and he's got a hundred voices and a couple of dozen accents just waiting, not to mention the ten thousand sounds and noises he can make. I hope his dreams come true, and I hope it happens soon!

Right before quarantine I started with polygel nails. I'm loving it, I'm not the best, and I'm only on my third set. But I love playing around. And these small tutorials are very nice!

I've become a nail hobbyist myself. I'm an oldschool acrylic purist. None of this polygel, hard gel, dip, nonsense. Brush and acrylic powders for me. Its just more fun for me personally. I'm proud of myself as well.

Your right hand is so beautiful! Violet color doesn’t fade like other colors. I have white hair and have a touch of violet over the crown. It fades to silver. I love it.

Something els to keep me busy during Lockdown!!! I think this real cool! it is a much better way todo than my way, I first put base coat, bake, ( on plastic bag)dot with different colours, mix colours with dotting tool, bake, peel off plastic and stick to nail!! Lots of hugs! 💕💅🇿🇦

I agree kids have got no consideration for what you’re doing 😂 bless them. I could be on the phone to the queen, and my kids would still be play fighting in the background!! As they’ve proved whilst their teachers have been phoning to see if they’re okay during this time. And they sound like they’re killing each other in the back ground. And no matter how many ‘death stares’ you give them, they carry on lol 😂

You could also use a little bit of acetone to 'melt' the edges of the polish shards at the ends/edges of the nails. This is super cool! Love the "planets" look! If the nail was long enough, you could create a phases of the moon design! :)

Joico is a great and lasting hair color if you're able to get your hands on it. It's a professional line but in the states if you have a nail license you can usually also get hair products

Artic Fox is amazing and has all the colors you can possibly think of I think!! I am a cosmetologist so I do know what I am talking about, but you have to be a person that doesn't wash there hair about 2-3 times a week.

I use either Arctic fox or directions hair dyes for the best colour. Crazy colours last a bit too but not as long as the other 2

I love the colourful one and the moon phases one. The oxygen disrupts the way gel cures because gel cures from the inside out and the outer layer can't cure with oxygen (I can't remember why). Because the gel under the plastic cured without exposure to oxygen none of it was left uncured, thus no tacky layer.
