From my experience, the 4321 formation was leaving me super exposed and couldn’t create much. Changed to 4231 and it was like a switch. Might be worth a switch of formation

i got to 16-4 twice in a row now in champs with 4321. And i dont have the most pacey strikers (Lewa and Griezman). Did you set it up so you play 442 on defense?

@@Coys319 1 of your 3 cm's has to cover wings while the other two cover the middle. Then you have to take a striker and put him on come back on defence. So you would put the rcm on cover the wing and your left striker on come back on defence. So the left striker acts as a LM and the rcm acts like a RM on defence. you can of course change that around.

It was actually the Fifa analysts customer tactics. Just couldn’t get it to work with my particular play style. Had success with it on other fifas

Try using a cat chem style on Ramsdale instead of glove. For low rated keepers at the beginning of the game especially I think the positioning and reflexes boost of the cat is much more important for them to do anything. This has made low rated keepers perform exceptionally better for me over the years

I feel your pain man, last weekend I went 10-10, this weekend I feel like I’ve improved a lot and the team was a bit better too and I just barely managed 11-9, felt I played well but everything was against me, lost some to way better players but lost a fair amount to people I felt I was better than. Still an improvement though so hopefully 12-8 next week 😆

There was something about this weekend league that didn’t feel the same, I went 5-0 to begin with & then proceeded to match up against players well above my skill level, I ended up with 9 wins & a broken controller when all was said & done

Love this RTG that much I started a second account for United evos I've got Dalot and Lindelof so far lol. but loads of first owner united cards for as and when we get more evos. but what is the betting if you don't get Fábio Vieira and start to do Mohamed Elneny evo. you`ll pack Vieria then, its the way this game is. but love the videos keep up the good work Nep

The difference between meta and not is negligible unless going for like 16-17 wins, i play 442 with no custom tactics, back out at 3 deficit and the 11 wins comes, last week i had 5 people quit at 0-0 and this week i had zero quits, some weeks its completely random

I struggled this weekend as well nep, in div 5, I got 10 wins last week so I’m not amazing at the game but got 6-2 in qualis but I gave up this week at 2-10, nothing was coming together this weekend at all and my tactics hadn’t changed 🤷🏽‍♂️

Okay so real talk. Firstly I don't understand the concept of stream sniping if someone is just going to outclass you on the game. Second, even if they have a good team and "stream snipe" you but are a shit player then you wouldn't talk about "stream sniping". Playing the game off stream is fine since its stressful. The excuse of "stream sniping" doesn't make sense here because | good team bad player = loss, no sniping complains | good team good player = stream sniper??? |

This was my first weekend league, first 10, unplayable, opponent just a next level player and everything seemed to go against me I actually recorded some ridiculous clips. Second set of 10, I seemed to play players my level, I ended up 10-10.

Hey nep, started out 1-3 as well, went into 4th game and was winning 4-1 when I lost connection to ea, counted as a loss, next game same thing. My PlayStation runs at 600 mb/s off Ethernet and have 25-30 odd ping in games. Should ea not at least give the game back never mind the win for these kind of situations

Hey Nep ... I always wat h your videos and then someone like Skills videos just after .... Not comparing or anything, but just an observation. You know when u let this game get under your skin, you actually play worse and make the content feel a bit weird. Skills in the other hand is just like a guy on happy juice lol .... I do get it when it feels like the game is against you, but maybe "try" to get some better players.... Therefore you will win a bit more and make the experience alot better for yourself and your viewers. Just my thoughts

you're not bad at the game, you suffer from the same thing a lot of players do, in that if you don't have higher rated players than the opposition then the gameplay favors them in ways you cannot control, ie' bounces, marking, lack of movement, taking touches when you hit first tme shot. etc. shit game didn't buy it, but still watch your vids as it helps with the FOMO

I have to say the one thing I'm disappointed about evolutions is that even when you lock them into their evolutions they are still on timer. Like what is the point in that especially when you can only Evo one at a time. It's yet another thing from EA that just caters to the hardened players. If you are a casual this isn't fair as you can only manage to Evo one or 2 cards with the time you have to play.

Evo’s are not for casuals unless you are just doing them to play with the players and don’t care about anything else, if you’re struggling because you’re playing 20/30 games of champs, squad battle and rivals, you are not a casual player!

The game is as awful as its ever been. Im not amazing but its just nothing like football. Every child has the exact same youtube highpress tactics meaning you mostly cannot pass the ball around without it being closed down immediately. Everyone runs down the wing and squares it and most of the time you tackle only for it to bounce straight back to them to score. Its so bad its a joke. I only buy it cos of my son.

The gulf in your team compared to other teams will have increased as the meta establishes itself. I think you need to remember that people are in a different mindset in champs and the overall caliber of players will be higher with people focusing much harder. Additionally I think the number of games that you are playing is higher and fatigue is much higher per game because the sweaty nature of champs.

Can feel your frustration with the FO Arsenal RTG team - why not just change the series and only use that squad in Rivals where you have unlimited games to reach the win milestone and thus less pressure to win. Spend the rest of your coins on a 'meta' team for Champs so you can better build the Arsenal squad with icons/promo P&P cards so it's more competitive. Feel like every episode you set up saying you expect to win less with the Arsenal squad then get frustrated when you do so. Not hate just some constructive feedback, keep up the series!

You keep on going on about the same stuff. You complain about Ramsdale every 2 minutes, keep on insisting that you are using shit non-meta players and trying to find an excuse over everything. The purpose of the game is the have fun. Evolve and collect your Arsenal players by all means but just play the game with whichever players you wanna play with and whichever gen you wanna play on. Nobody is forcing you to play with shit players. If you aren't having fun just change up your team or play the game less

You’re over thinking and putting to much pressure on your self to perform, it’s a shit game with shit RNG so just enjoy using your fun players over the meta. Even if you stress your hair out for 20 games just to get an extra pack… chances are you’ll get shit reward anyway and some guy that only got 9 wins packs better rewards than you, it’s all luck so just have fun

Hey Nep regarding your level and the toughess of champs, I think you've done well to get s high in rivals because there's not that much stress because there's checkpoints where as Weekend league there's pressure to get a certain amount of wins in a limited time. Also as much as I don't like rage quitting if someone is 4+ goals up at half time you should just quit and save the stress tbh

Nep maybe you should try turning cross play on as when my friend and I try to match up and when we have it off it is much easier to even if our records have a big gap in between and you can match more people at the same elo.

Nep just a suggestion have you maybe thought about using a meta team to get all things done such as rivals wl etc to get the best possible rewards and use the arsenal team as a collection team for example when more stuff comes out you can add to this team as time goes on and use that team now and then got games?? Let me know what you think keep up the good work
