Thank's Anthony, I agree, they do seem to have a touch of the Desiro about them, the most pleasing thing for me is the interiors, which are a real step up from the current 323s.
Spotted it at Erdington the other week. Fantastic. Can't wait for these to be in service on the Cross City line. The Class 323s are ok but they're getting a bit dated now. They've been in use on the line since about 1993. So here's to the brand new Class 730s🥂
Got to agree with you Keith, these units are a big upgrade on the 323s, I was surprised to see tables in them for Cross City Line usage, thanks for watching 👍
I had that unit doing the 1500 service from Lichfield Trent valley to bromsgrove doing a demonstration test run and it was the first time ever seeing that new aventra unit Gary on March 11th
