Brand Retrospective: The History of Citizen 

I love Citizen for unbeatable value, innovation. Just bought a "Signature Collection" NB0040-59A off ebay. Been eyeing this model for a couple years but never came across one cheap. This watch beats the pants off many mid luxury Swiss watches ( Ive owned Ebel, B&M, Cartier, Tudor) when it comes to value for money. Citizen is just in a league of it's own.

Ive got six Citizens. Oldest is 15cyears, its taken a battering, never been serviced and its still keeping perfectly accessible time keeping. Nice to see attitudes to the vrand getting more positive.

That's a lot of content! I have the belief that Citizen has superior radio-controlled atomic time tech over Casio. I'm living at the fringes of the radio range for North America, and I can see which brands are reliable at receiving the signal while which ones are hit-and-miss.

Eco-Drive really is a game changer. Mechanical watches are awesome but quartz is no less impressive with it electrical soul and accuracy!

I really like the series 8 lines. I wish they'd do a bit more exotic stuff with their higher end.. to match the beauty of grand seiko dials.
