I am using diabetic medicines for my wife who is a patient of high sugar and high blood pressure since long. I was using branded medicines which was prescribed by her diabetician for a long time. Since last about eight months She has swithed over to generic medicines which I am buying from nearby Janaushadhi ( generic medicine shop) . Her sugar level and blood pressure level has remained unchanged (very much under control.) Earlier her cost of medicine used to be around 5000+ per month. Now it has come down to less than 1000 per month.
He is a paid docotor of medical company,,,,,,He is not explaining deeply.After the contract of Brand medicine, generic comes in market and these docotor dont known thier name. also Medical Rep [ already forget ]
I am using generic medicine from PM Janaousadhalaya. From 2016 to 2019 I used Branded medicine. after then 5 years I use Generic. Maximum medicine available in the store. I kept last strip of Branded Medicine. Every branded medicine written in strip which salt they use. They will issue you exact same without name of Brand. Oxra =250. Dapaglufogen 30 Rs. This is the difference. I didinot tell the doctor but they told me you are fine and come after an year.
कृपया स्पष्ट करें कि क्यों दवाओं के रैपर पर MRP जो लिखा होता है कुछ मेडिकल स्टोर उससे काफी 60/70% मूल्य पर बेचते है कुछ पूरा मूल्य लेते है कहते है कि जो दाम प्रिंट है वही ले रहा हु। ये मेडिकल लाइन में दवावो के MRP का क्या लफड़ा है। सरकार को इस पर ध्यान देना चाहिए और फिक्स प्राइस ही प्रिंट होना चाहिए,जिससे दुकानदार ग्राहकों को लूट न सके। इसका अनुभव प्रायः सभी लोगो ने किया होगा।
आप सही कहा पर dr ब्रांडेड दवाई लिखता है और आपने ही स्टोर से देता है और हर विजिट में दवाई change कर देता है अभी तक दवाई set नही किया 5 विजिट कर चुका हूं दूसरे dr को भी दिखाया same कंडीशन है

डॉक्टर जो दवा प्रेस्क्राइब करते है उस दवा का नाम प्रेस्क्राइब करना चाहिए या नाम के बजाय उस दवामे होनेवाली इंग्रेडियांट का नाम ..........इस barame कुछ इन्फॉर्मेशन है तो उस के बारेमे बताए।

No problem with generic medicines because molecules of branded and generic is absolutely same Since generic medicine doesn’t have any kind of tax like excise duty production duty etc also no marketing cost that’s why these are cheap

But I'm using seroflo ,now a days I'm observing in some of the inhaler dosage finished much earlier. But for steroid govt must take strong action against the spurious drugs. Some time Generic medicine are coming under cover of branded names .
सर, प्रणाम ! यह समझ में नहीं आया कि जब किसी कंपनी ने किसी दवा के साल्ट की खोज पर खर्च किया और फिर उसका पेटेंट 20 वर्ष के लिए हासिल कर लिया तो इस बीच में उस साल्ट को कोई दूसरी कंपनी जेनरिक बनाकर कैसे बेचती है ? वह ख़ोज की गई साल्ट कहां से लाती है, जबकि उसपर खोज कराने वाली कंपनी का अधिकार है ? कृपया बताएं
आपको बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद। लूटू डाक्टर जन औषधालय खुलने से परेशान हैं। कस के फीस भी लेगें और कमीशन भी खाएंगे। बड़े बड़े नर्सिंग होम वाले तो डबल एम आर पी छपवा लेते हैं और अपने यहां ही से दवा खरिदवाते हैं।

There should be at least one shop in each city locality where authentic generic medicines are available. People will certainly use generic medicines if they are readily available.

Our reserach is limited to making a product more economical. There is no difference between a branded and a generic product as both follow the same standards of Indian Pharmacopia.
