my question is will the priceless view ( 4:20 ) be a permanent fixture? the view seems to be looking down at a open lot. my concern is once the lot gets occupied by a buyer and the buyer will build a similar house on that lot. your view will be gone. same problem with the balcony. it looks down at open lots. if you'r a potential buyer please ask this questions

why is the price so high? this is far from metro Manila and very traffic. I went to the subdivision ,it's not nice, there are lots of garbage all over the place, including around the entrance of the place. The developer is charging so much but can't even clean up the area.
