@@mont-doggBeats Its not just Jake or the media. NO TEAM in the NBA wants BI. You have your head in your ass. Zion is a MASSIVE risk, but his ceiling is so high he MAY (or may not) be worth the risk. BI is not worth the risk because his ceiling is not that high. BI at his best is not a legit #1 option and his style is terrible at mixing with good players. FIBA pretty much killed any hope of BI getting a max with any team.

Ingram’s management needs to give him realistic feedback. The league has spoken loud and clear. A max contract isn’t in the cards. Becoming a contrarian may further erode his value around the league. The smart move is to play his role to the best of his ability. At this point that is the best way to enhance his image and value around the NBA.

One of the most annoying things in sports media is when folks get a guy who plays a certain way and says the answer to all their problems is for that guy to change. NO wants forward BI to play like a shooting guard. Chicago wants SG Lavine to play like a fwd. Westbrook went through the same thing. Do what you need to do to trade the guy for a someone who fits, or accept a wasted season. Stop putting the onus on a really good player who doesn’t fit your team to become a brand new player

Dear pelican RU-vid family, when somebody post a comment in this section agreeing with Jake, go look at the profile and see what another videos they post comments on and you will see that they only post comment on this page. Man much as I love your statement & the passion behind it, the bad news is Ingram is in bad shape. He spoke to the general public in a negative light about the fraternity.
