The cocktail he made on the Coupette glass is probably a Brandy Crusta and here are the specs: 50ml Cognac. 7.5ml Triple Sec. 7.5ml Maraschino Liqueur. 15ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice. 7.5ml simple sugar syrup. 2 Dash of aromatic bitters(Angostura). Preparation: Shake all ingredients and fine strain into pre-prepared glass. Garnish: caster sugar on the rim of the glass and a lemon peel on top.

I tried this at the bar inside the hotel I work in before the bartenders show up and I ended up with my sleeves and shirt full of juice and alcohol. So I took off before anyone sees the mess I did lol. Yeah I’ll leave that to the professionals.

@@ashishdevadig2835 Not a master by any means, but slowly been building up the resume. Currently working at a nice Italian joint with an excellent cocktail program. Doin stuff like A5 Wagyu fatwashing for Sazerac's. Much more fulfilling than my humble beginnings 5 years ago lol. Honestly, going to school for firefighting and plan on doing both in the future.

BUFFEDMVM Hi. This Cocktail name is Trans siberian express, there are sea buckthorn puree, ginger syrup, lemon juice, fresh orange juice an vodka if it cold, or cognac if it hot)

nguyen raymond No problem. That's easy, you need mix ginger fresh juice with simple sugar syrup 50:50. By the way, sugar syrup should be done by 2:1(sugar sand and water)
