Brandy is one of the most unappreciated and understated RnB singers in history, alongside Tamia. She sang this song with such power and control and conviction, it really stirred up something in me. Raw talent.

how do you figure she underrated or under appreciated? she damaged her career when she got pregnant and tried to hide if from the public. After that she could never gain traction.

Brandy sounds better in her bathroom than half the females singing right now with record deals. It may not have been a perfect recording but that voice is undeniable. She slays period. Regardless if somebody can get on her level then more power to you but that voice is phenomenal and she has plenty of album sales to prove it.

I've watched this over one hundred times, and I leave floored and completely blown away as if I'd never seen it. Vocally, no one does for me all that she has. Brandy is a special talent.
