Its sounds funny, because in the video it has been played Spanish music. Brazil is samba or Bossa Nova, not Spanish music (bullfight music) hahahaaaa. It makes me laughing. Sounds like if was playing Japanese music in a US military service.
Brasilia has some interesting architecture but what a mess the town planners and engineers made out of the city. I mean, the design lay out is not practical and awkward to navigate, for example double adjacent highways have no purpose and many of the apartment complexes look identical, every intersection looks exactly the same... I agree with an earlier comment, what a waste of taxpayers money.
Brasília did what it was meant to do. There's a lot more agriculture, commerce, industry, and population in Brazil's interior after Brasília was built.
