Ya it does, the only ones that dont fit the insert is the 1935 replica and the slims, the 41 replicas fit all inserts.

If it’s a real zippo that was made in 37 and not a vintage replica it’s a high dollar lighter , they didn’t have date codes on the bottom in the 30s so if it’s got no letter on one side and a Roman numeral than it could be a real pre ww2 zippo
