Saturday 15th of April 2023 and a number of exciting trains came through Reading. Simon's trains was there to enjoy them.
LMS Stanier Black 5 44932 hauling The Great Britain XV (with 47802 on the back)
West Country 34046 Braunton was hauling the Great Western Envoy
We also saw 66021
Also in this video Simon tells you how to spot the difference between a class 47 and class 57 diesel.

I was going to see these, but.. 1: We were going to Titanic the Musical later that night 2: I was unfortunately unwell the night before this. So because of this, I missed them.

I'm feeling better thank you, I did enjoy Titanic the Musical, Although I looked quite silly wearing a lifejacket when they didn't flood the theater! 🤣

Also, I now have a proper youtube channel, @CamsRailsandSails, On my most recent video was the Littlehampton Miniature Railway in sussex, I volunteer there as my dad is the chairman, I help out when I go to see him, even though it's about an hour and forty odd so minutes away, I do recommend it! It's a sad day for Sussex however, as the Southern Railway class 313 is having their farewell tour today, as I am writing this, I believe it's running right now. But however, the 313s will be staying in service until the end of may, but it is a shame to see them go. Anyways, back to Littlehampton Railway, I would recommend it! It's a lovely line.
