Bought a Bravado Banshee a few years ago in their dealership in Strawberry, never in my entire life living in Los Santos would I have eve guessed that such it could be so fun to be trying to put under control a V10 growing gas guzzling beast between a thin line of certain death and ecstasy. My friend recently bought one if their new Gauntlets, and that thing is just so awesome, he almost ended up hitting a family of 7 while showing of doing some burnouts but it was amazing while doing it.
Yeah, you know, I once had a unique opportunity to buy a racing prototype of Banshee 900r written off the professional racing back in 00s, only 10 built!!! They said that it wasn't street legal and has been through many hard crashes but I didn't care because the price was too attractive for a v10 racing car!
I love that you incorperate GTAIV cars, Modded lower trim levels, and real life little-known car facts into these videos. You think about GTA cars exactly like I do. These may be ones and zeros on paper, but the Gauntlet AC 450 shares the same space in my GTA Garage as my Challenger 392 does in real life.
Was that "Gauntlet hitting crowd is political" a nod to that dude who ran into that protest in a silver Challenger? They showed it at the end of BlackKklansman, crazy shit
Take this with a massive grain of salt, but i think it refers to the fact that when a mustang driver causes havoc, people dont really say anything and just pass it off, but when a challenger does it, a certain race group is looked down upon. Thats just what ive been seeing recently.
Dude how do you only have 5k subs? This series is incredible, it genuinely feels like something you would watch in-game on GTA's version of RU-vid. I can tell so much care and passion goes into each video you make. Keep up the amazing work, you have a very bright future 👍🏻
wow, what a great video, terrific writing and editing. And the part I liked the most is your showcase of the diffrent Gauntlet Classic customizations; now I'm sad I only bought one at a discount.
I always like the Classic version of the Bravado give its a 80’s vibe as I’m driving it. I also pop long wheelies and it’s been upgraded to Benny’s garage as that made me love it even more. No matter what people said about this machine. I think it’s the best thing in GTAO. If it was part of the deleted vehicles during the new update I would never sell it.
The og gauntlet was my first vehicle in gtao back on the 360, light blue with a silver stripe with super five rims with custom tires. 25 year old me would probably think its gaudy now but 14 year old me thought it was so cool looking. miss those days when gta online was so simple.
The last ev part made me sad,cuz in real life thermal engine days are numbered,in the future we won't see these great machines again it really hurts, ican't believe that we are the last generation that enjoyed the real cars cuz there will be nothing after that.
I bought a Gauntlet Classic and customize it to look like the white 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T from the movie Vanishing Point and dedicated it to Blake Belladonna.
Kind of a strange decision to use the Gauntlet classic as a base for a fictional Superbird instead of the Dukes, but okay Rockstar. Also, if you've ever wanted a clear example of the evolution of how Rockstar has gone about fictional car designs for GTA, the Gauntlet is a great example. The standard design that shipped with the game in 2013 was like an odd, but interesting hybrid of a Challenger and Camaro with ridiculously exaggerated proportions, meanwhile the new designs that came with GTA Online updates look nearly identical to their real life counterparts, just without badging and obviously a few minor changes. Ether they gradually got lazier with fictional car designs, or realized they could get away with making designs a lot closer to their real life counterparts.
Looks like you'll need to redo this video when the Gauntlet Interceptor comes out. Unless you decide to make a "Cop Cars of San Andreas" video instead. Anyways, great video. Finally, something that provides brief history lessons of GTA cars for a change. I like them. Although after viewing your past videos and thinking of the next dripfeed cars, I think you'll need to modify some of them. Like the Impaler and Buffalo videos, for example. Can't wait to see what you come up with.
Hey thanks for your comment! I've been wrestling with the idea of making addendum videos; as it seems R* has become hyperfixated on releasing new models of pre-existing cars. I've also considered remaking features but with less of a focus on models already covered (as to not make the old video defunct). One thing is for sure, making multi-car features instead of singles has made things much easier.
@@virtualcarchive You're welcome. I like this video, but my favorites are about the Sultan, the Asea, and the Volatol. Loved their real-life counterparts. Thanks for the comment.
I’ve got my self a nice 87 Willard faction that I treat like my baby along with my 67 déclassé impaller which I keep as my other baby, I’ve keeped those cars in prestein condition for about few month other then the once and a while totaling of the cars by explosion caused by a oppressor in the rear Mirror both cars are pretty well taken care of
