There was no clean head kick at 6:58 ,the sound like a bomb was actually from the inside low kick from Azaitar.

There is no real winner, they both show that they are second or third league fighters. Ref is the only person more unprofessional. Ottman is a classic juicer like all athletes in from Maroco.
