Some helpful tips you can stun lock him in p4 so you never get a so much power spec but if you do you can use disruption shield on p5 go to green bean use barricade adren pot spam living death and also make sure your using vuln bombs at higher enr use sticky bombs on minions to trap them to help as they start hitting hard at 2k plus enr also ideally you want to phase him in p1 before he does a tendril but if you dont remember for the hold still invader to turn prayer off and anticipate and res shit is a super op heal at high enr pushes

You should look into getting disruption shield if you don’t have it, it makes a big difference in a lot of places but very good at telos! Bit of a grind to get but oh boy is it worth it

on P5 open with death skulls then go living death. Living death resets the cooldown of death skulls and during living death, death skulls' cool down is 12 seconds so you can spam it quite often

Also try to utilize living death in p5, once you get to green beam use reflect, death skulls then use living death and death skulls again

One thing that helped me with my nerves was having someone who was experienced in the boss in a discord call with me talking me through the fight my first few times doin the boss.

The instakill didn't kill him because death mark really just does enough damage to kill off the boss once it reaches a certain threshold. Telos takes reduced damage when he is charging the bomb so the "instakill" just did enough damage as it should have based on percent based hp but it got reduced to only a few thousand damage.
