I was at the stadium just doubled over laughing when Atlanta took the lead, but oh man... the walk off was oh so sweet! Most electric investment I've ever seen! A beautiful sight!

struggling or not, M's still had to swing the bat.. and those pitches they hit were decent, not out over the middle of the plate. also, Jansen's not to blame for braves bats being quiet for 8 innings. and I have to point out Castillo and Sewald have been struggling too, braves were even lucky to score what they did off our bullpen, which has been lights out, as well as our SPs. enjoy the rest of your season!

They also have Ray for a few years as well. They have club control over Gilbert and Kirby through 2028. They are likely to extend Luis Castillo in the off-season. They have JP Crawford for a few years under contract. They have arbitration eligibility and club control over their catcher. That leaves Ty France, who I believe has two more arbitration years left. I would lock him down while doing Castillo. Then maybe Suarez, who has been far better defensively than we expected, and has hit well on top of that. They have three on Frazier and and the same, I believe, on Winker. The only question remains, do you lock down Haniger for a couple years as your primary left fielder and let Trammell and Haggerty man right while Winker becomes your DH? Or do you go for Haggerty and Trammell as your corner outfielders and have Mitch traded away, and rely on Kelenic as your fourth outfuelder?Maybe you chase a lefty starter next year and trade off Marco, as the rest of the rotation is solid and young. You also need a quality left hander in the high leverage back end of your bullpen. Just a few random thoughts.

Last off-season with the Ray contract and Julio makes me think ownership is gonna give it a real shot. Add In the Castillo trade and it clear everybody is on the same page for once.

When arguably the best bullpen in the majors finally has a collapse game, and the Mariners still refuse to accept a loss, that says something. The Braves have got to be saying, "Man, we came back and everything, and they still won the game anyway. That is a scary good club over there, one that refuses to stay beaten. In a short series they are that most dangerous of teams, the hungry ones."

Tim Curry at his best and Susan Sarandon when she was young and pretty. All my loves rolled into one gooey good season. I was sitting in my season ticket seats for 116, but this is far more fun a team.

I'm really surprised by how cheap Atlanta signed Harris for. Eight years, $72M with club options for two more seasons. That seems like an incredible bargain for a guy who seems like he's going to be an absolute superstar.

This is my pick for WS. The AL is wide open and the M's have a balanced squad. They'll finish strong and ride the wave. The Mets need to win their division and a healthy Max for this to happen; because the NL is crazy tough with 4 of the top 5 contenders.

munoz will eventually be the closer when he gets more experience i feel. swanson is very good at his 7th and 8th inning role. we definitely need to take diego castillo out the relief lineup
