It's a reference to a rifle cartridge, the 30-30WCF, used mostly in lever action rifles. Since Sara Jane is a kinda sorta lever action weapon, I'd say it fits.
The Old West would have been alot of Fun had it had That mix of High Tech and old Fashion together.Especially having something like that in Today's time.
