A little surprised you don't have cards like Staff of Compleation, Goblin Bombardment, Weaponize the Monsters, Barrage of Expendables, Makeshift Munitions, Witch's Oven and other sac outlets so that you can reliably flip Ajani on your own. This way you aren't leaving it up to your opponent to flip him for you. I've found my build to be extremely consistent and oppressive. I would try it out next time!

I have a really fun ajani sacrifice deck with goblin bombardment and a bunch of other red sacrifice a creature enchantments to enable his 0! Such a strong card.
