I mentioned that to carol once lol, Brazil has a big variety of different beaches since the coastline is so huge. You can find similar beaches to every other country here already

Breathtaking......never understand why Brazilians would want to travel anywhere else in the world. Brazil has everything you could ever want, as far as people, culture, nature, and food. In all of my visits to Rio and surrounding areas....I have never had any issues with security or crime. Been lucky, I guess.
The beaches of this island are one more beautiful than another,including Caroline,surrounded by little fish.The diving bombers,birds,are like missiles when diving!It is nice to see you both together again.
Thank you for sharing your adventure in Fernando De Noronha. I have never heard of this island until you featured this in your video. I hope you and Carol end up going to other remote island places like Azores and Mauritius.
Thank you for transporting me away....I was in Brazil as an exchange student. I was mostly in Sao Paulo. I had a few days at the beaches in Santos and spent time in Rio, as well as a trip to Brasi!ia.this was summer 1971!! So I have forgotten much of my time there and I have enjoyed following all your vlogs, but especially when you made trips all over your country. And as I am now retired and living in Vieques, PR, I have really enjoyed all your "jumping places" 😁

Nice as it looks for me it doesn't beat Praia Garapua on Ilha de Tinhare just south of Morro do Sao Paulo, Bahia. Its a secluded bay lined with soft white sand and palm trees and even some nice snorkeling spots on the reef outside. That being said I wish I had the opportunity to go to Fernando de Noronha when I lived in Brazil and I'm sure I would have enjoyed it a lot
That beach looks great! It is also not our favorite either. The best we have been so far is probably prainha pontal do atalaia in arraial do cabo, but it gets very busy

If I am not mistaken, the place is called Ponta Da Air France, maybe a memorial to the Air France Flight 447 Airbus 330 that crashed into the Atlantic Ocean from it's flight from Rio De Janeiro to Paris in 1 June 2009. Again, I am not sure and I am just guessing.
The name of the place is correct, however it is not called thet due to the Air France crash. It has that name since the 1920's because the French had a sort of base there to give support to aviation. The building they used to occupy todays hosts an artisan association called ""Espaço Cultural Air France""
I thought the same thing. I lived in Rio when the crash happened and knew two expats on that flight. There’s a small memorial for AF447 in Leblon, RJ. I know they recovered bodies and wreckage in Fernando de Noronha or close by and brought there. 😢 A weird coincidence given the true historical significance of that beach.

the punta air france is a reference to an air france plane that crashed near there going from Rio to Paris. Recovery efforts were led by Brazilian Air Force on this island
I thought it was that too but when i searched online i found that it actually has that name since the 1920's because the French had an aviation base there connected to air france. Sure is an extremely bizarre coincidence though that it was the closest place that the flight crashed

Hey guys, just a heads up, you said you were heading to San Recife next but I hope you're aware it's the highest area for shark attacks in all of Brazil so be safe!

When I got my license (9 years ago) I learned how to drive manual during the driving lessons, but I never had a car in Brazil and when I moved to the USA I had an automatic car and got used to it. Since I stayed so long without driving manual cars I kinda don’t know how to drive one anymore, that’s why 🙂
