Wow favorite filipino dish chicken tinola!u are very eager to know how to cook the food of ur husband keep it up...godbless nd ur very pretty ..ur subs.from phils.
How to cook rice, wash it until the water isn't murky. We call the green veggie Sayote (Chayote), it's an alternative for green papaya. We rub the end of the Sayote to get rid of the sap which is sticky. And I noticed you didn't remove the center part of the Sayote, which is a bit hard in texture.
Hmmmmmmmm now I know haha I was wondering if is like something toxic . Yes is a bit hard but I didn't feel it while eating. But thanks for all the advice po. ❤️✔️
next time use sliced green bell pepper as substitute for the chili leaves taste. Btw, what you have is called SAYOTE or CHAYOTE which is also a good substitute for the Green Papaya.
In the Philippines different style cooking tinola some places they dont put onions only garlic the vegetables put bachoy or gavaege if you have papaya you can put malongay or leaves of paper to taes put patis in English sauce first looks yummy your tinola
if you have chicken cubes or chicken bouillon it would taste much better. Plus you can just crushed the garlic to peel off the skin easily then you can cut it into smaller pieces. Plus you should fry the chicken till it turns golden brown and splash a little bit of fish sauce ( patis) if you have one before putting the water.
@@brazilianandfilipinocouple its ok you cook it well, by the way you look so pretty no wonder your husband treats you like a queen. Much love and more power for the both of you
You spin the cut ends of the sho-sho to remove the sap. Why didn't you remove the seed? You drop the vegetables when the chicken is half done. Nice job!
