There is a very large country near Russia that is enticing the Brazilian government to work with their companies instead of "freedom of speech" companies. Qianfan, also known as the "Thousand Sails" constellation or G60, is a version of Starlink. Don't think they wouldn't have any problem blocking (censoring) speech in Brazil. This other country wants Brazil to work with them in the future. Brazil is the 10th largest economy in the world and only 2nd to the US in North and South America. When we started our Starlink service last year we had what amounted to a static IP address, but within a few months I noticed the address was changing every few days. Isn't this the same thing as dynamic IP addresses?
