@@eman660 Too much powder this week to test ride them! Will have info next week. These are hand built by Jasey-Jay Anderson: the man, the legend, look him up!
I like your very different style of videos and techniques compared to other shredding channels available! I especially like your sense for song choice. Very smooth.
Thanks! Somehow the music always works out, like when the song goes "don't want to overthink it baby" just as I hesitate on a toeside initiation... Couldn't have planned that better.
Yeah, I wish we had this much snow right now... This was a clip I did for Bruce, he gleans a lot more information from watching a few turns than he does from my written feedback.
Hey Man! Lost track of that other message but I remember you're supposed to be at Panorama this weekend. Not gonna make it, we'll be riding Revelstoke tomorrow, it should be decent in the afternoon, a little firmer than I like, but still good.
@@cherrycarves Lake Louise. Pretty crowed on weekends though, not the best for wide carving. Snow is much better than Panorama, they got a couple of inches last thursday.
Thanks Noah. The surface was a bit rough that day and the turns weren't up to my usual standard, but I like the videography on this clip. Drones are not allowed at Revelstoke Mountain Resort, but once in a while they'll let us download the Stoke Chair to film.
Incredible turns!! Which sidecut do you recommend for this kind of riding? In the Coiler web I saw the sidecuts of the contra model go from 9 to 20 meter. The board I have been using most of time is a Jones Flagship 161cm and 9.1 meters sidecut radius. Thanks@@cherrycarves
@pablootero1988 It's hard to recommend specs for a board unless I know the rider and the resort. This one is a 12m sidecut, but I wouldn't want to be riding this fast on icy east coast crowded narrow runs, for example. But if you tell me you ride at Grand Targhee on weekdays, I'd say go up to a 14 or 16m if you can handle it. Email Bruce at Coiler. He'll recommend the right board for you, he's the master builder. Tell him I sent you please.
