I bought hot cross buns that were a bit dry. I cut them in half buttered both sides added sugar then poured over the egg and milk mixture. Airfried for 15 mins at 160c. Yummy x

I like nutmeg especially on egg custards. I only put it on certain things as I have fussy eaters, but only me and my husband like egg custards so I can put it on them, but things like rice pudding or bread & butter pudding I can't or I get moaned at! 😂 Nutmeg is so nice though, and I like cinnamon.
I'm not sure whether our oven temperatures are similar over here to what yours would be, but the oven temperatures I use are Gas mark 3 170°C 325°F I hope one of these helps. Thank you for watching 😊
