Wait, so this means bread was given life to commit suicide to kill Bob? Just for the game Surgeon Simulator to happen?This is messed up, in so many ways.Who knew and average, every-day life piece of bread could cause a numerous chain of events from death to another story told already? I am not usually talented in deciphering pieces into a real meaning, but I think that rather than I Am Bread being a prequel to Surgeon simulator, that actually I Am Bread is a dream that Bob has whilst in the sleep state that comes with surgery. His dream takes him through what he had been previously going through before the car accident, leading to it, in the bread's perspective, a metaphor representing his true inner spirit. And the hand that reaches into the car that crashed, which is none other than the hand of the Surgeon, is him slipping back from his dream into reality, when the procedure is over. After the surgery, his true inner spirit, bread, has "won," meaning he has escaped from the slow madness that has crawled into him, and he has "woken up" and made a difference in his life. But that's just my thoughts, this isn't some well thought out theory. You did very well on the video, and I love it. You have a great talent of this; keep it up. Sorry, TLDR, but I think I got the point across.

I didn't realise Mr Murton was the patient from Surgeon Simulator. That's clever. I like to think that the bread thinks he's helping Mr Murton. Mr Murton's life is in tatters, so the bread is trying to cheer him up by becoming a nice slice of toast all the time.

Bob should have stayed in the Asylum. Even if bread is real, Bob is still not taking care of himself and needs help. He needs to be taken away from the stress and his disgusting home and placed somewhere professionals can help him recover.
