I just got through doing exactly everything you did…and you know what? I just made the best tasting pizza in the world! No kidding. The dough was so soft and fluffy. I just can’t believe how good it was. I made a cheese with olives toppings. Wonderful! Thank you very much.🇺🇸❤️

Dang, that looks good! Also, you were one of the first RU-vid cooks that I followed, back before cooking on RU-vid was actually a viable career path! I remember trying your no bake macadamian "Nut"ella cake and it was very good! Anyway, I'm glad to see you're still making stuff!
I made this and had to add a few more teaspoons of water and a a teaspoon of olive oil. I’m at a high elevation so maybe that’s why. It came out amazing!!

Oh also if you don't want a vegan cheese that is horrendous you can try the "Sheese" just don't use too much otherwise it is indeed gross. But just sprinkled on it's not that bad if you put it on a pizza with loads of other topics
Bread machines work great for white bread and rolls. But so far we have not been happy with whole wheat bread. But we have really been happy with it so far. I am glad that she wanted one.
Hi James, I made this recipe and loved it. I am now making fermented dough and cant wait thanks for the time to go over the ins and outs I appreciate it.
Not sure wis it me not able to find it, but I checked your blog but the ingredients measurements are not written ,I found only the measurements for the yeast
.The old bread maker broke down, I bought a new one. In the old one, when I chose the Dough mode, it showed 1 hour 30 minutes. And in the new one it shows 6 HOURS 15 minutes. I just don't know what to do! All other modes in the Menu show the same time as in the old one - I kept the old instructions - and the Dough mode is so different! I already put all the ingredients ... I wanted to bake pies ...
Question: if I left that dough in the bread machine until the very end, then press the BAKE button for maybe 20? Minutes, would it turn out to be white bread?
You could make white bread with this recipe. I might try it just to see how it turns out. The recipe does make an incredible focaccia but I make that in the oven.
Will this dough recepi improve if you let the dough stay in the refrigerator over night? Or do you need to alter the recipe (add more or less yeast etc)?
@@vidarbentestuen3819 yes. Use the dough setting. Let it mix and rise. Remove, divide, form balls, place into oiled containers, cover and place into the fridge. Remove 1 to 2 hours before using them.
