In today's video, I'm sharing a simple and delicious recipe for Crispy Potato Bread Rolls. These rolls are perfect as a snack, appetizer, or even a light meal. Follow along to learn how to make these tasty treats at home! 🥔🍞
Ingredients:
6 slices of bread
3 large potatoes (boiled and mashed)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
Oil for frying
Instructions:
In a pan, heat a little oil and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook for a minute.
Add mashed potatoes and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Add chopped coriander leaves and set aside to cool.
Cut the edges of the bread slices. Slightly dampen each slice with water and flatten it using a rolling pin.
Place a spoonful of the potato mixture on one end of the bread slice and roll it tightly. Seal the edges by pressing gently.
Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. Fry the rolls until they are golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot with ketchup, chutney, or your favorite dip.
