Just cook oats or ragi in water and add some breast milk and maybe fruit and feed it to them. Also try to give finger foods like steamed carrots and other veggies without adding any salt or sugar. Don’t give salt or sugar in food until the baby is 1 year old. You can add fruit purées to make the oats or ragi sweet. You can give the baby rice and daal whatever you eat without the salt and very little spices. And before giving any nuts try one at a time and make sure there are no allergies towards them

Also make sure the baby is showing signs of readiness before giving solid food. Because not every baby is ready for solids at 6 months.
