The Z06 is an incredible sounding and performing machine no doubt about it. Sure both cars are very fast, but nothing I do to my NSX Type S will match that incredible sound of the Z06.
The NSX sound IMO is super exotic. The blow off sounds when u let off the pedal are addictive. It is not a V8. But nothing sounds same. I have mbrp exhaust on 19 NSX. I think everyone who sat in car says it sounds insane.
As an owner of a NSX, I found that it’s more of an GT car. Comfortable and great to cruise around. My ride in a Z06 was awesome. Sound is amazing and the chassis is superior than the NSX. However, I wouldn’t daily drive it. The build quality of the NSX is far superior than the Z06. These are 2 different cars. For the price, the Z06 is definitely worth it! But the NSX is rare and I believe it will be more desirable in the future because of the high production number of the Z06
AWD is a whole another realm. Thats why I put in for the E-ray 2 years ago. I was expecting to get something a little slower and cheaper then the z06 but they played a trick on us all. Now scrambling to get more $$.. 😥😥
@Abstract I was not interested in it. I miss the power of awd with the ev on top that's what I wanted. Of course a little more cheaper then it is and better ev range but it is what it is. Also, I have never been into the euro high reving sound. It sounds like a Hayabusa motorcycle to me. Lol.. I like the v8 sound and I'll have the best of both worlds... just at a higher cost.. ahhhh
@@bigjdm5460 its more then just straight lines and the E-ray will also have tq vectoring. You do make a point about straight though. 99% of the crashed from cars and coffee are from rwd cars. lol GM have raced both z06 and E-rays and stated the E-ray can handle its own. Which "sounds" like its not too far from the Z06. We will have to see soon when the Mags come out with the races. Hell Im still waiting for the Hagerty one they teased us with.
NSX goeS! I do not like the road noise or the interior or the electric whine but is very pretty! It is far more elite also. Seemed quicker than the Z06
The nsx was a big failure for honda and that's why it's discontinued and will never be a collector's item the c8 will Go down in history for it's greatness
Most of the collectible and desirable car ended as a failure They over engineer making them too expensive. People will definitely appreciate the NSX in the future. I bought a 2002 NSX for 30k 10 years and people were laughing at me back then. Now, people want it and it’s worth over 150k 😅
@@toddaulner5393 They made almost 10 000 first gen NSX and they exploded in value in the last few years. My 1993 ZR-1 or 2014 SuperSnake is more rare and haven't exploded in Value
